We are currently looking for a full-time, experienced bread baker to join our small and friendly team.
The successful candidate will be a hard-working individual with experience of mixing and hand-moulding bread. An understanding of long fermentation methods and sourdough is an advantage. Above all, he or she must share our commitment to making bread of the highest quality, and have a desire to constantly improve his or her baking skills and knowledge.
The job will involve very early starts (around 1-2.30am start), 40-45 hours a week. Salary dependent on experience. Training will be given on the job if necessary.
