We are an independent artisan bakery, baking the best bread, cakes and pastries we can for the people of Enfield and beyond. Our mission is to delight our customers with exceptional quality products and great service.

Our baked goods and take-away lunches are all made from scratch using the best quality ingredients. Artificial additives have no place in our bakery. Skill, care and time make our products taste better naturally. So you know exactly what you are eating, and where it comes from.

To accompany our baked goods we have selected a range of deli items made by producers who are passionate about their craft: farmhouse cheeses, freshly-roasted coffee, craft beers, wines, preserves and more. These products feature in our take-away lunch and Thursday Pizza Night menus, and can be sampled at our food, beer and wine tasting events.


Easter at Holtwhites

We’re gearing up for a busy Easter weekend in the bakery. To guarantee your hot cross buns, simnel cakes, breads, cheese boards and other Easter treats, please pop in or call to pre-order. Our bakers will be starting their annual hot cross bun marathon bake on Thursday evening, so there will be no Pizza Night on Thursday 18th April – sorry for any disappointment!

Easter opening hours:

Good Friday 19th April 8am to 2pm

Saturday 20th April 8am to 4pm

Sunday 21st April 8am to 1pm

Easter Monday 22nd April CLOSED

Evening Events in 2019

We host food & wine evenings in the shop on the first Wednesday of each month. These give us the chance to show-case some of the wonderful products on our deli counter along side our baked goods, home-made dishes and great wines and beers. Take a look at our 2019 events calendar here.
