Our sandwich menu showcases our wonderful range of freshly baked breads and deli products. ‘Oriz’ line-caught tuna is a great match with our fifty-fifty bloomer; Milano salami, Starnachas cheese and fresh tomato work like a dream on our crusty ciabatta roll; farmhouse cheddar and tomato chutney pack a punch on our Chase sourdough.

Our home-made soups and salads are light, nutritious and packed with flavour. Top-selling soups include Leek & Potato, Spiced Red Lentil and Pea, Courgette & Mint. Salads are made daily during Spring and Summer and popular choices include Greek feta with juicy Kalamata olives, free-range egg and line-caught tuna “Niçoise”, or colourful roasted vegetable couscous with pomegranate.

For the ultimate in comfort food, try one of our luxury toasties. Magic happens when our special blend of farmhouse cheeses and onions melt into toasted sourdough, and our free-range ham and Emmental toasties are hard to resist when the aroma fills the shop.

We can make platters of sandwiches to order using our own freshly baked bread and top-quality fillings e.g. quality cheeses, St Ewe eggs, free-range meat, line-caught tuna and local organic salad leaves from Enfield’s Forty Hall Farm.

Sandwiches are supplied in fully recyclable cardboard boxes with a removable sleeve for ease of transportation and quick presentation. You may wish to transfer them onto your own serving platters. Please keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.

Platter sizes:

• Large Sandwich Platter (48 pieces, choice of up to 4 fillings, serves 10-12)
• Small Sandwich Platter (24 pieces, choice of up to 3 fillings, serves 5-6)

• Hummus & Mediterranean roasted vegetables (suitable for vegans)

Bread:

We use Holtwhites white, multigrain and fifty-fifty tin loaves for sandwiches which are the perfect size and hold together well when cut into pieces (quarters). Baguette and sourdough bread can be used if preferred, but give a more “rustic” appearance. Please specify any preferences when ordering.

Savoury pastries, cake bites and celebration cakes are also available.
